SHARE EVERYWHERE BREAKING NEWS: BERLIN DECLARATION ON SUSPECTED FRIVOLOUSNESS AND UNCERTAINTY OF GEN. MUHAMMADU BUHARI CREDENTIALS : CLARIFICATION BRIEFING BASED ON APC CONSTITUTION AND ELECTORAL ACT OF NIGERIA APC HRSJC Berlin, Germany December 31, 2014. Greetings Comrades, Ladies and Gentlemen, APC HRSJC steadily declares: Per stand based on APC CONSTITUTION AND ELECTORAL ACT OF NIGERIA with legal and unimpaired authority to inform Nigerians that INEC has no iota of right to disqualify General Muhammadu Buhari’s submission based on sworn affidavit filed with the INEC in support of his bid for the President of Nigeria under the ticket of All Progressive Congress (APC) which is mark-up by INEC on February 14, 2015. We noted that this allegation propounded to the public by whosoever remain aggrieved may have taken without perusing the APC CONSTITUTION AND ELECTORAL ACT OF NIGERIA. Based on bombshell on Buharis Affidavits, capture and disclaimed by INEC, same which were suspected as being frivolous and without good reason for failing to submit his primary, secondary, etc certificates when he had over two years to prepare for this important submission.” The onlookers conceived this act as being wanting in contest but Gen. Buhari was acting under the biding laws of APC and Government of Nigeria. …We are offended by the conduct of previous INEC that failed to widely publicize the Electoral Act of the Federal Republic of Nigeria particularly on guideline relating submission of credentials and other documents by candidates and mostly on notice that simple affidavit is sufficient to cure the suspected insufficient submissions… Therefore reliant on the foregoing, we request APC Headquarters to complete its internal assignment or home work without further waste of time because APC has less than one month and 14days to prepare for the federal election slated for February 14, 2014… …INEC is sanctioned by Electoral Act of the Federal Republic of Nigeria ( the guidelines for the submission of candidates under the Electoral Act, noting that there is a provision for sworn affidavits covering personal particulars in form CF01.)… …Under this Act, INEC is sanctioned to reject Buharis submission. The ONLY way out lies on APC internal action against/for the submission and must be advanced and taken in Court if contrary to APC Constitution and commenced by APC members or APC corporate body… It is the Court or APC that will inform INEC the step to take. hopefornigeriaonline/?p=24378 POSTED BY: APC Human Rights and Social Justice Coalition (APC HRSJC), Prof. Phillip C.
