SHARE TO SAVE ABUSED PITBULL! hendrickboards/s/save-jada Jada arrived at the animal shelter literally skin and bones a few weeks ago. She only weighed 32 pounds! If she had stayed at the shelter any period of time she would have gotten sick and died. Luckily our friends at Pibbles and More wanted to give Jada the happy and healthy life she deserves. Pibbles and More - based out of New York and operating in NY, CT, GA, NH, NJ, PA, MA, and VT - moved Jada to the vet for a full medical exam to make sure there were no other problems, like organ failure that is common in starved animals. She was immediately put on IV fluids to help stabilize her and help start her to gain weight. Jada remained on IV fluids for quite some time. But, in spite of her terrible condition, she is an amazingly sweet and happy girl who appreciates any and all interaction.
