Congress is pioneer of free economy and credit goes to the Prime Minister of that time Sh. Manmohan Singh. On the recommendation of the President of the Congress party Smt. Sonia Gandhi started various welfare scheme and also promised to give Right to Shelter and Right to Water to all. Smt. Gandhi proved herself to be good political Doctor and understood the problems of the downtrodden of the society and sent medicine in the shape of welfare schemes but medicine has not reached up to the actual patient but grabbed by wealthy middle men due to arrogance and corruption of some of the party men and bureaucrat. Congress should implement the various welfare schemes where they are ruling or going to be ruled sooner or later. It seems that Mr. Modi Honbl’e Prime Minister of the country is following the policies of the Sanjay Gandhi General Secretary of the Congress party in 1975. So far it seems that Mr. Modi is not interested to devolve powers to others and give sense of participation on equal footing. Even Minister is not allowed to appoint PA for himself. People know that in the year 1975 Sanjay Gandhi started all these programmes which Mr. Modi is propagating. Sanjay Gandhi started cleanliness, population control, big business like Maruti and tries to appease the Hindu sentiments by cleaning the area near Jama Masjid Delhi and many other such acts. He brought forward 5 points programme and 20 points programme. He failed because he was of the view that he is the only person who can take the country forward and concentrated all powers in his hand and became dictator. Mr. Modi says in his various speeches that main opposition party Congress be extinguished from the scene of the country. This is a dictorial tendency. Mr. Modi should know that he is Prime Minister of the country by getting 25% votes of the nation and is the Prime Minister of the whole nation. While Smt. Sonia Gandhi’s party has no leader of opposition party in Parliament though her party also got 25% votes of the nation. Voters can do anything at any time. Most of the Congress men in Haryana has joined BJP or formed their own party to become Chief Minister. It is not surprising because in the state of “Aya Ram Gaya Ram” it is the only possibility. They failed to replace Hooda and joined BJP to become Chief Minister. Similarly Mr. Sharad Pawar left the Congress to become Prime Minister of the country. He failed and then again joined hands with the Congress. This is all in the game of politics for power. Mr. Hooda has done a lot for the improvement of the state and in the know how to develop rest of the state. One more chance be given to Hooda for stable govt. During the last 5 months no systematic change is even suggested or discussed leave alone being implemented. How to make India easier place to do business? 1. Country has no full time Defence Minister and Finance Minister. 2. No work done in the appointment of the Lok Pal. 3. The post of Chief Vigilance Officer is lying vacant. 4. No Chief Information Commission appointed so far 5. Senior Administrative Staff. Several important posts in the Tax Department, the Finance Ministry and Public Sector are lying vacant. 6. No policy decision on Subsidy, Gas prices, Plan to restart Mining, Goods and Service Tax Act, Direct Code, Political Funding from Corporate World. Step needed to end cronyism and procedural complexity, FDI, Retail, Land Acquisition Act, Repeal of Retroactive reforms and many others. How much time is required to appoint above persons for Honbl’e Prime Minister of the country who remain Chief Minister of a Progressive state for such a long time. Is Honbl’e Prime Minister of the country is not bound to tell the nation which enactment and welfare schemes started by Congress during 10 year of rule will continue which will be shelved if so why? Leaving aside 25% citizens of the country who voted for Mr. Modi and still in the mood of enjoying the fruit of their success. Rest of the 75% citizens are not concerned what these politicians of the country and Mr. Modi Honbl’e Prime Minister of the country thinks and say in their speeches. They are concerned with what the party in power is doing for these poverty stricken and downtrodden people of the country whether they distribute land, jobs, resources of the country, judicially irrespective of cast, creed and religion. In the long run voters are concerned with doer, not oratory of the politicians. Is it a good decision of the NDA govt. to give statement before the Supreme Court of India through their lawyer that it has no objection to the cancellation of the coal mining allocation, even 40 producing coal mines and recommended retrospective penalty worth Rs. 10,000/- crores on coal mine since 1993, fully knowing that various thermal plant and industry which needs coal and power. The govt. has not revealed how it manages the consequences for bank loans, investors capital and arrangement for shortage of coal. Court was guided by the govt. on the subject. What will happen to power and steel industry? If they can postpone the gas and subsidy decision why not this?
