SHILDON Customer Service Team Leader Salary £25000.0 pa + Company Pension Scheme Support the customer service manager to ensure effective and efficient management of customer requirements. Support in thee management, resource, capability and development of the customer service team. Key contributor to Export compliance processes and ensure appropriate procedures are adhered to with the department. Developing and maintaining key accounts, owning the order to cash process, including dealing with complaints and invoice queries and assist in the preparation of monthly reporting of sales statistics and service levels.Previous experience of leading and developing a customer service team within a manufacturing environment.
