SHOULDER PAINS? The most common injury I come across in the gym is a painful shoulder, and most of the time I can almost diagnose that person on the spot of some sort of a rotator cuff injury (Although recommend to seek professional advice) The shoulder, unlike most other joints is made up of mostly soft tissue and used in most workouts you will have. Heres some of the symptoms for a rotator cuff injury, and the video will show you how to prevent it or strengthen them up: A popping sound or tearing sensation in your shoulder. Immediate pain in your shoulder. Weakness and pain when you lift or rotate your arm. Limited range of motion and inability to raise your arm because of pain or weakness.
