SIBA Top Rank 海外留学プログラム After successfully completing their academic year of studies at a college abroad, the students credits will transfer back to SIBA. Class grades of D (poor) and F (fail) will appear in the students academic records but will not be applied toward the students degree at SIBA, while grades of A (excellent), B (good) and C (average) will be applied towards the students graduation requirements. Prior to his/her participation in the SIBA study abroad program, the student is informed about these academic conditions. Additionally, none of SIBAs partner colleges provides any form of award or certification to the students for having completed one academic year of studies. However, SIBAs partner colleges do offer one-year certificate of completion programs generally associated with certain trades of vocations such as computer technician, automotive technology, general business, electronics, drafting, and more. However, the study abroad student must already possess a sufficient level of English (as measured by TOEFL-iBT) to study in the classes associated with these certificate programs. siba.ac.jp/introduce/program.php
