SICKNESS or HEALTH | POVERTY or ABUNDANCE? There is much that can be said about these things – And much to be said about HOW our WORDS affect the outcome and even thwart the plan of God for us. This may be hard to believe and accept - So let’s see whether or not SCRIPTURE confirms this: • “A mans belly shall be satisfied with the fruit of his mouth; and with the increase of his lips shall he be filled. Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.” [Prov:18:20-21] • “The mouth of a righteous man is a well of life…” [Prov. 10:11] • “The mouth of the upright shall deliver them” [Prov. 12:6] • “ A man shall be satisfied with good by the fruit of his mouth…” [Prov. 12:14] • “… There are words like the piercings of a sword: but the tongue of the wise is health” [Prov: 12:17-18] • “A man shall eat good by the fruit of his mouth” [Prov. 13:2] • “…The lips of the wise shall preserve them” [Prov. 14:3] • “Whoso keeps his mouth and his tongue keeps his soul from troubles” [Prov:21:23] • “Pleasant words are as an honeycomb, sweet to the soul, and health to the bones. “ [Prov. 16:24] • “An ungodly man stirs up evil…Moving his lips he brings evil to pass.” [Prov. 16:30] • “…By the word of thy lips I have kept me from the paths of the destroyer.” [Psalm 17: 4] • “ ...To him that orders his conversation aright will I show the salvation of God.” [Psalm 50:23] • “:...for out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks.... A good man out of the good treasure of the heart brings forth good things: and an evil man out of the evil treasure brings forth evil things....But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment.... For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned. [Matthew 12: 34-37] • “For truthfully I say unto you, That whosoever shall speak...and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he says shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he says” [Mark 11 23] HE SHALL HAVE WHATEVER HE SAYS!! GOOD OR BAD, HE WILL HAVE WHATSOEVER HE SAYS!! SO THINK BEFORE YOU SPEAK, ARE YOU SURE YOU WANT ALL THOSE NEGATIVE THINGS TO COME TO PASS? STOP SPEAKING WORDS OF DEATH AND START SPEAKING WORDS OF LIFE!!! AMEN!!! LIFE AND DEATH ARE IN THE POWER OF THE TONGUE!!!
