SIGH: I just recieved my book order from CreateSpace and 28 are defective. They skewed the back cover so its between 2 and 5mm off. This eliminated the left margin and pushed the spine art into the back cover. Sloppy. I know they know how to do it right--they just dont always do it. All 75 books in the previous order were fine--consistently fine. I guess when you hire new people, not everyone knows how to monitor quality as well as they should.
