The strength training classes will be focused on overall physical development. This means that every day we will train every part of the body to help your son or daughter become a more functional, well-rounded athlete. Every class will incorporate a: Dynamic Warm-up – which will include soft tissue work and movement prep exercises to help get the body warmed and prepared to start training. Primary Workout – the majority of our time will be focused on functional lifting by working in all the planes of motion to promote a more balanced, healthy athlete. Cool Down – During this time we will relax and stretch to help promote recovery and decrease the likelihood of future injuries. Speed and Agility Training If Speed and Agility Training sounds like more your thing then look no further. Each speed session will be focused on getting you faster and more explosive. The speed training will be done in stations performing exercise as hard as you can for a short amount of time and then resting until fully recovered so that you can go your hardest every time! This training is great for anyone who feels slow or looks sluggish on the field. Athletes signed up for the speed training will also learn proper running and landing form to help decrease the chance of injury.
