SIGNS IN THE HEAVENS: ASTEROIDS AND METEORS [A related link is offered in comment box below.] NASA reveals that before the end of February, scores of these space rocks will hurtle near the earth, and some of them may hit. BE WATCHING THE DAILY REPORTS TO SEE IF THIS PREDICTION PROVES TRUE. We know that Jesus warned of fearful and great sights and signs in the heavens in the time prior to His return. Thus, we can expect an increase of these fireballs, with a variety of consequences, from steaks of light, major fireballs and maybe even some hits. During the 70th Week prophesied by Daniel (the Tribulation Period), stars will fall from the heavens, and asteroids as big as mountains WILL strike the earth, with a final catastrophic shower that produces stones that weigh about 100 pounds each.
