SIM LIM SAGA Please get your facts right before pointing fingers at anyone. Mr Joven & friends is apart of the cheating syndicate. These people have been operating in Sim Lim since 1995. They grow so fast as their main target are tourists who are very vulnerable. They has many shops in Sim Lim and other locations closing one doesnt matter to him as they can open another one the very next day. Sim Lim is a commercial building which has owned by individual owners which lease their shops to these crooks. If you follow the law the authority as it is owned by legitimate owners. CASE has placed a booth at the main lobby putting notice of all these shops with complaints. This is updated daily by the CASE officer/staff. If you want to take down Mr Joven the only way is to gather all the 18 person who has made a complaint and sue him at state court. Make sure he is charged under criminal act, slandering, misrepresentation and cheating. They can make this a case as you have a handful of victims. It takes 2 hands to clap, being customer one should be vigilant in buying products. To stop them for expanding bigger please stop buying from them. Buy direct from real telco companies like M1, Starhub or Singtel to end all these misery.
