SIMMERED PUMPKIN IN PORTOGUESE SAUCE ...Chunk pumpkin ....button of mushrooms or anykind of fresh mushrooms ...honey peas or french beans ...raisins ..1tsp grated garlic nd shallot ..2tsp ground turmeric nd curry powder.. ..a cup of water ..fry..fry all the ingridients..except mushrooms nd peas or beans.. ..put mushrooms nd peas..cook till done.Add seasoning (salt,sugar nd 1/3 cup evap milk...but i didnt add milk sa linuto ko dahil ayaw nila) ..cook till sauce is thicken..sprinkle raisins nd serve
