SIMPLY WONDERFUL - Oh, my gosh! Who enjoyed todays AWESOME beach day? 78°F ... sunny, blue skies ... soft sand ... happy locals & tourists. :) Im sorry I didnt get to enjoy it. Duty called today, as I nearly arrived late to a showing appointment on Lido Key. If you were on the Key today around 4:30 PM you experienced a traffic jam - east bound traffic backed up from 41, across the Ringling Causeway (bridge) to St Armands Circle (and beyond). After my showings, I stuck around on the Key, enjoying the beach & the Circle...another traffic jam for people who obviously dont know you need to park & walk to or from the Circle during season. I parked near Lido Beach Resort & walked to the Circle, which was jamming. LOTS of tourists in town. LOTS of foreign languages. LOTS of people grateful to be enjoying 73° at 8:30 PM (w/ a relaxing breeze to control mosquitos). **PLEASE READ** To everyone who requested an invite to my newly-formed private club called SRQ Lifestyle Club, where Ill coordinate 2-3 monthly meet-ups (w/ details kept private), click the following link to request your spot. When I finally took action on this long-awaited request, I seriously thought (maybe) 20-25 people would be interested. NEVER did I imagine 174+ people (not including significant others) would want to join us. W-O-W!!!!!!!! I guess the prize goes to people who actually read my posts (on a regular basis).
