SIN IS A BIOPSYCHOSOCIOSPIRITUAL PROBLEM Sin has many dimensions: It causes biological problems either to self or to others such as sicknesses (cf Mk 2:1-12 Jn 9:1-2) It causes psychological problems such as guilt and depression (cf. Gen 44-7; Lam 3:20) It causes a social problems such as broken relationship, makes one an outcast (cf Mk. 10:19; Jn 81-11; Acts 5:1-10) It causes spiritual problems e.g. feeling of unworthiness, relapse in spiritual life and prayers, and of course it is disobedience to God (cf Is. 59:1-2; Rom 6:10) Again, how does one develop addictive sin? For I know my transgressions, and my sin is always before me. Against you, you only, have I sinned and done what is evil in your sight; so you are right in your verdict and justified when you judge. Surely I was sinful at birth, sinful from the time my mother conceived me. Yet you desired faithfulness even in the womb; you taught me wisdom in that secret place.
