SLU SUFFERED ECONOMICAL DEPRESSION IN 2012 - 2014 WHILE OVER 80% - TopicsExpress

SLU SUFFERED ECONOMICAL DEPRESSION IN 2012 - 2014 WHILE OVER 80% OF THE WORLD HAS RECOVERED (PROOF) I was challenged on account that in 2011 we were still in a depression. A Economical depression is identified when the GDP declines twice consecutively in a country. Dianne as a result I went to the World bank website and saw that over 80% of the World recorded positive growth since 2009. Barbados and St. Lucia were one of the few Caribbean countries that declined. Infact on further investigation of the tables, in 2011 SLU recorded positive growth. However, in 2012 and 2013 we went back into a negative. Based on the world bank figures SLU went into depression again in 2012 after SLP won the election and has not recovered yet. Amatus my brother Am I right with my figures or am I missing something? BTW Guyana and most Caribbean Countries including Turks and Caicos and Anguilla are doing Excellent. data.worldbank.org/indicator/NY.GDP.MKTP.KD.ZG
