SMALL BUSINESS SUNDAY WORDS OF WISDOM: A client should NEVER be able to dictate your abilities or success no matter what their experience with your services. Some clients are NEVER satisfied and the customer is NOT always right. I recently had a client who was at an event who stated she had TWO people approach her after she told them she was doing business with me and start saying negative things. She stopped them in their tracks and told them she had NEVER had any problems with my services in the present or past. People are people and many may not like you or what you do for no good reason at all, but dont give those people any of your valued time or energy.
