With a wealth of experience in the field of GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic or Fibreglass) manufacture, repair and renewal along with commercial paint spraying, the business can assist from the earliest stages of development through prototyping and mould manufacture to the production of the finished article across all industries including Leisure, Automotive, Train, Construction, Medical and other specialist markets. Roles involved: - Apply lacquers and waxes to mould surfaces to facilitate assembly and removal of laminated parts. - Hand lay and spray chopped fibreglass, resins, and catalysts onto prepared moulds or dies using pneumatic spray guns with chopper - Mix catalysts into resins, and saturate cloth and mats with mixtures, using brushes. - Manufacture moulds from existing patterns/masters.
