SMH.....Ashley and I went to check out a possible prospect for her next barrel horse today. So the lady tells me on the phone how concerned she is about where her baby goes.....he is part of their family since birth and wants him to go to a for sure good home and not the kill pen. We get there and this horse had a mane and tail FULL of burrs....FULL. His feet looked like crap with splits and chunks out of them....... I mean bad chunks! Couple of wounds where he had hurt himself and not healed properly.....WTH? At least you couldnt see ribs...Ill give her that.....some people should not own animals....makes me sick! Still Looking..............
