For chips...maida 250gms+ Rc pwd...+ salt + hing+ 2 tbsp butter white and a pinch of soda..( ur chips will consume less oil) Mix all these and bind adding little water ....add hot oil from ur kadai and bind again ...make a very thin roti and cut whatever shapes ur kids like.... deep fry...cake was soft spongy ...there r a lot best bakers in this group...dont need i think....
