SNEHA announces new admissions for Nurse Aide programme Sameera completed the Nurse aide course in January 2014. She did her placement in a newborn care center in Borivali where she is now employed. Sameera says ‘’I am from a family of 5 girls, so for me it was very important to be able to work. I have learned a lot with SNEHA and I was job ready when I started my internship here.I have learned a lot about feeding and caring for young babies. I will be getting married soon, but I intend to keep working here as I need to provide for my family.’’ Many more girls can be empowered through this programme. SNEHA is enrolling girls for its new Nurse Aide training batches. The batches will be held in Govandi, Kandivali and Santacruz.
