SO EASY!! Dinner is ready in 5 minutes. Trader Joes Teriyaki Tofu & Trader Joes Asian Vegetable Stir-Fry Vegetables. They are sold in a clear container in the refrigerator area. Washed and ready so you just add vegetables and your favorite stir fry sauce to a wok (I use Trader Joe General Tsao sauce). Slice one whole bar of Tofu into 1/4 strips. Once veggies are steamed well add the tofu and let cook together for 5 minutes on medium heat. Serves two.
