SO FACEBOOK: For the 150th time Im going to try this weight loss thing again. I always end up getting off track somehow but I have a good mind set this time. I have all the tools I need to succeed, so here we go. IM GOING TO BE: -Logging everything I eat -Planning my weekly meals ahead of time -Monitoring daily weight fluctuations, moods etc. -Starting the Insanity Program on Monday morning -Going to Planet Fitness in between. -Using WebMD Health and Fitness Log and the My Fitness Pal App. I have a weight loss goal of 93lbs in total. And Id like 30lbs gone by Christmas time. 2 - 4lbs per week! Wish me luck :)
