SO: My mortgage is held by Wells Fargo. LAST YEAR they sent me a letter telling me that my ESCROW account was short and that I would have to pay the short amount AND my monthly payment would go up!! when I called them on it they apologized for their mistake and actually had to send ME $$$$ and my monthly rate stayed the same!! THIS year they are trying the SAME shit but with MORE money (my bill has not gone up enough to justify this) and the Rep I spoke with had a nasty demeanor, like I was an IDIOT and had NO idea what I was talking about, WTF is wrong with our bankers today??
