SO, earlier this month I placed an order for more checks with Checks Unlimited, who i have used before with no issues. A few weeks went by and no checks had arrived. I checked with other family members to see if they had picked up my package and forgot they were holding it for me. No such luck. called the PO, they claimed they delivered it, yet no one in my household ever saw my checks. I just called Checks Unlimited to let them know of my issue. I expected a hassle due to the time span between the order date and today, but I was pleasantly surprised to hear the gentleman on the phone tell me they would recreate my order with a different set of check numbers so I can call my bank and let them know of what numbers not to approve if someone for some reason has my checks, at no cost to me! Thank you Checks Unlimited for being so awesome.
