SO, your thoughts are winning here.. okay, 1st: Our thoughts, create feelings and those feelings create thoughts, they feed off each other to create expectations. which in-turn create situations that we might place ourselves in. 2nd: Understand that EVERY DAY we will have unwanted thoughts/negative thoughts, THATS NORMAL. Entertaining, empowering and focusing on thoughts that havent happened is the wrong situation/approach. What we are actually doing to ourselves is actually programming our minds to learn another damaging behavior as a pattern. this is called repetition and repetition is the mother to learning. 3rd: repetition can be good and bad, we have to recognize and evaluate what is good for us... theres something I always say If you continue doing what youve always done, your always gonna get what youve always gotten. and of course, my other line Hows that working for you? bottom line, if you continue to repeat the negative behaviors, thoughts and feelings... well, no wonder why youre still stuck. ITS TIME TO CHANGE THAT DESTRUCTIVE THINKING PATTERN. 4th: HOW? well, Dont push the anxiety away. Take a break, Sit quietly and take some deep breaths, center yourself. Anxiety can actually be used as a resource ONCE YOU CHANGE YOUR APPROACH, PERCEPTION AND ASSOCIATION TO ANXIETY... How? well, simple. Anxiety is actually making you think of all the possibilities that can go wrong, its making you discover your options, its actually preparing you for the worst possibility or the best results. the scary part is that we cant actually understand or grasp the uncertain, the unknown- which is scary in its self. CHANGE IT TO A POSITIVE PREPAREDNESS PLAN, AN INTERVENTION PER-SAY. and 5th: Dont get stuck the level of futility. Become aware of your surroundings, stop overwhelming your mind it wont work when its on overload... for example: our cell phones, if we dont shut down the recent apps our phones freeze and we need to restart it and close out everything... SAME SHIT, SAME CONCEPT ! So, finally. Your mind creates the best of you and the worst of you. It holds the greatest promises and the greatest threats. Our minds create our reality.
