Buyer Issue payment (MT103) for the total cost of the product loaded to buyers vessel. 9. Seller release payment to intermediaries within 24hrs of buyers payment as per signed NCNDA/IMFPA. Note: if buyer is willing to conclude and does not have their own Vessel, buyer can negotiate with the seller and tank farm & the buyer shall sign CPA with the farm/shipping company.
