SOLE SATURDAY RUN ALERT: Our own speed racer, Lacey Newton has mapped out a gorgeous scenic run for us along the levy in the Pocket area for this Saturday!!! We will be meeting at Garcia Bend Park off of Pocket Rd at 8:30AM. I REPEAT, 8:30AM TO BEAT THE HEAT!! Its supposed to get into the triple digits so lets get going early :) This is an open run so bring your friends and family! Stroller and dog friendly as well! Cant wait to start my weekend off with our Mindbody Sacramento Family!!
