SOLUTION OF TERRORISM Since the last couple of years there is a great debate on the ways to solve the issue of terrorism in Pakistan. Some people are of the view to have parleys with the terrorist groups and some are in favour of use of force. In order to make an opinion we have need to review the situation minutely, in depth and the reasons of terrorism in Pakistan. Some people have think that the terrorist groups have their genuine problems and their nears and dears have had been killing by Pakistani security forces and also by drone attacks. So they have become revengeful and taking revenge of killing of their dears. So if this point of view is true, apparently the best course of action is to have negotiations with these terrorist groups in order to console and assure them that the security forces of Pakistan will protect them and they should avoid to continue their attacks on security agencies and other peaceful pakistani citizens and foreigners living in Pakistan. At the same time a heavy majority of Pakistanies is convinced that the terrorist attacks are being launched by the enemies of Pakistan especially by the secret agencies of India who are working under cover in Afghanistan and launching their terrorist operations through its borders. They have mostly targeted Baluchistan where incidents of bomb blasts have become a routine matter. If this is correct, how the government of pakistan will be able to hold parleys with them because negotiations are always conducted with those sources who are really interested to cease fire, but if these activities are sponsored by India, they will never stop it because weak and internally disturbed pakistan will always be in the interest of India. There may be a third reason too because there is a likelihood of mix in the reasons of terrorist activities. We can say that probably the enemies are using the elements who have become revengeful because of killing of their dears by security agencies or drone attacks. If this is the case, our agencies will have high responsibility to identify and differentiate these elements very carefully. The parleys may be held with those elements who are really taking revenge of their dears and they should be motivated to become nice Pakistanies. However, stern action be launched against the elements who are being played in the hands of Pakistani enemies directly or indirectly. In order to meet this target the people of Pakistan should express their full confidence and trust in Pakistani security forces and intelligence agencies who are really defending home-land offering sacrifices of their lives. We should keep in mind that no war whether internal or on the borders can won without the support of masses and Pakistan has example of 1965 war with India which was won despite having very less resources. Pakistan intelligence agencies should work collectively and move in very organized way. This is also suggested that Pakistan should also form a Think Tank comprising senior retired officers of intelligence agencies who had good name during their career. The proposed Think Tank comprising rich experienced former intelligence officers should minutely analyse each and every incident of terrorism and provide guide-line to Intelligence Agencies to cope with the situation.
