SOME QUESTIONS! Is there any county in the world where consultant are awarded base on length of hospital stay not through academics? Is there any country in the world where doctors are paid the same salary with other health workers? Is there any country in the world where all hospital staff are paid the same amount as hazard allowance (including Admin staffs) Is there any country in the world where a person that worked for average of 20days a month want to be paid same as person that work for full month Is there any country in the world where matron is not answerable to HOD Is there any country in the world where lab scientists are not answerable to pathologist Is there any country in the world where porters are charged with responsibility of bed making Is there any country in the world where pharmacist have the right to change doctors prescription just like that Is there any country in the world where a nurse open a private hospital and run it solely on his own( hes admitting and consulting) Is there any country in the world where a pharmacist turn his pharmaceutical chemist into outpatient clinic and standing there to challenge the prescription of doctor thats mile away from his chemist to the extend of changing the prescription. Is there any country in the world where certificate is equivalent to HND and such person is receiving the same salary with his colleague that has degree in that field Is there any country in the world where medical team is headed by a non doctor Is there any country in the world where student is allowed to lead a wardround Is there any country in the where is ANC clinic is solely run by midwives not obstetricians Is there any country in the world where optometrist are treated the same as opthalmologist Is there any country in the world where a pharmacist can go to the ward and cancelled inpatient prescription made by the managing physician. What a nation we have. All this are possible in Nigeria and doctors are called ungreatful for refusing to accept all this.
