SOME TIPS FOR SELLING AND BUYING! Always give sizes and prices on ALL your postings! ( if ppl has to wait hours days or weeks to get a reply they prob wont buy it ) Always give accurate discriptions of what your selling!! ASK questions about the items wither on post or private message the seller they will glad to give all information of things they sell...BUT ASK) When you sell an item mark SOLD on post if numerous items posted and or remove the photo or post!! (As the Admins have lives also and cant sit and watch every item 24/7! Please take ALL negative comments or such privately not on the page for all to see as this not only belittles the seller but also shows character of the buyer) IF your things have been posted and have not sold, reducing the prices help sales or if you feel your items is setting too long an idea that would help others is to donate them to Goodwill and get a donation sheet from them and list ur items and mark a price and turn in on taxes for the next tax season!( price list can be gotten at goodwill for your convienence! By doing these things it makes the page and the buying and selling easier and more things sell!! Please keep in mind that this site, For Sale in McCracken County, is for individuals who are selling items this is not for Businesses or to promote work at home or services! Thanks Admin
