SOMETHING GOOD IN EVERY SITUATION Yesterday I attended my first fall event in Bloomington at the interstate bldg. The young lady that put the event together was new at vendor shows and I felt bad for her and the other vendors who traveled long distances to attent the show. We closed early from lack of customers. My sales were ok enough to cover my expenses. Sales are not the only thing that makes an event successful. There are so many other things that make my events worthwhile. The most important one is my husband is moving, getting out of the house, talking to people and spending quality time with me. Yesterday was also nice because we got to spend time with our son and daughter in law and see our grand daughter. That in itself made the trip to Bloomington great. Miche was there and I was able to find a beautiful shell for my purse for my birthday from my husband at a great price. I met 3 new people and saw some fellow vendors that I had met from previous shows. When I add all of this up I can honestly say the show was a success for me.
