Electric Lawn Mower Exchange Program 1-888-425-6247 aqmd.gov Residents living within the South Coast Air Quality Management Districts jurisdiction are eligible to register for the 2014 Electric Lawn Mower Exchange Program. SCAQMD residents have an opportunity to help clean the air by exchanging an old, operable gasoline-powered lawn mower and purchasing, at a discounted rate, a new electric lawnmower. This year, you have five models to choose from, with your cost being from $100 to $250 depending on the model you choose. Pre-registration is required There will be four exchange locations scheduled.
