SOMETHING TO PONDER DO SOMETHING! STAND YOUR GROUND! The Jews, in the ancient world were on the brink of being killed, of being totally destroyed. An enemy of the jews, Haman has hatched a plan to kill them all. After hearing of this devastating news, Esther said, For how can I endure to see the evil that will come to my people? Or how can I endure to see the destruction of my countrymen? (Esther 8:6) NKJV. How can we sit back and watch our nation go into decay and profess to be a God fearing nation but still entertain evil? How can we watch the lives of our youth being wasted by substance abuse? How can we allow immorality to rise everyday? How can watch the people live in fear from criminals everyday. How can we watch families being broken everyday? Etc. You must not, for a moment think that its ok with you and it doesnt affect you. Theres an enemy out there and hes out to destroy humanity. Yes! Hes out to destroy you and I. Maybe youre in your comfort zone and you say it doesnt concern me. But when these evils visit your home, then youll know the pain that others have felt when these evils have visited them. This enemy of humanity respects nobody, the Bible says, Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. (1Peter 5:8)NKJV. This enemy will destroy everything thats dear to you if you let him. Lets do something! Lets fast and pray against these evils that plague our land. Lets stand up and be counted.
