SOO excited to finally be able to announce that I will be opening my own Child Care Center here in Tolland!! Little Farmers Child Care Center (I’m leaning towards that name) will offer so many unique opportunities for children of many ages! Not only will I have the opportunity to continue working with children, but I can continue my passion of working with animals. Children who enroll in this program will have the incredible opportunity to interact, learn about and play with animals on a daily basis, including in my full summer program! After many years of talking about making this happen, it’s finally HAPPENING and I don’t think I’ve ever been so excited about something in my life! I have had so much success with my petting zoo, being able to introduce my animals to hundreds of thousands of people throughout the state, that I felt there could be so much more to get out of it. Our public hearing has been APPROVED by the town and we’re creating a brand new facility over here on Merrow Rd, meanwhile converting the entire garage of the property into a BEAUTIFUL indoor, post and beam barn.
