SOOOOOOOO I called DIRECT TV today to cancel our service. After 1st year the bill jumped, and we dont watch a whole lot of tv as it is. Was about to his $70. So after like 10 mins of listening (and offering little things here & there to stay) I finally said I am done, and time to end the service and this call. Lady said can I make a final offer: 1 time credit of $50, $15 credit for 15 months, $10 credit for 6 months, starz for 3 months, NFL Red Zone, guarantee this wont add extra service commitment and the bill is like $7 cheaper then what paying now. Yeah ok you have kept our business for at least 6 months
