SOS! TAMR has had a foster step up to help the firehouse boy pending a health evaluation etc.. We will be contacting BARC to place a hold. We require a 10 day quarantine period for any malamute that has been in a shelter environment. Unfortunately our quarantine space is unavailable! So we need to 1) Find an alternative vet clinic that has a isolation/quarantine kennel available for 10 days or 2) Find someone that possibly has a kennel or area at their home where this boy can be completely segregated from any animals or a home without other dogs where in home isolation can be done.
