SOS URGENT PUPPY FOSTER NEEDED! This little 5 lb girl is probably only 6 weeks old and is in a HIGH KILL SHELTER! She was found abandoned and taken into the pound yesterday. She is available on Saturday. Not sure what breed she is, looks like could be little rottie mix? If you can foster, AFC will provide for all of her medical needs, vaccinations, deworming, frontline, spay, microchip. We ask our fosters to supply the food, and a secure and loving home (inside only please, no garage). She has received her first vaccination. We recommend you live within convenient driving distance to Lodi as she will go into one our partner vets in either Lodi or Stockton, and to Lodi for her eventual adoption appointment. She will complete all of her medical and be available for adoption around 11-12 weeks, though we will begin accepting applications prior to that time frame. So minimum foster commitment would be probably be 5-6 weeks? We do ask for her foster to commit through her adoption as we do not like to bounce our babies around. Before offering please check with your significant other. Due to her age, think it would be awesome if we can place her with someone who is home for the summer to keep her company since she doesn’t have any siblings.
