Check out her latest song, Change, a catchy uplifting track that puts a smile on my face and hopefully on yours, too: youtu.be/yhjWqhOsoAI The Artist: Swedish-American hip hop/R&B artist Mapei (full name Jacqueline Mapei Cummings) was born in Providence, Rhode Island but spent most of her youth growing up in Sweden while spending her summers in the U.S. At the age of 18, she moved to the U.S. making Brooklyn, NY her home for 3 years (she even roomed in NYC with Lykke Li who you may remember from our SOTW special end-of-summer edition).
