SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT!!! ECU will be holding a Budgeting Basics class on Wednesday night, April 16th. The class will be in our Operations Center from 6-7:30 p.m. Well discuss budgeting techniques, financial goal setting, and ECU services to help you along the way.
