**SPECIAL OFFER** PME Sugarpaste Module The PME courses have been designed to help cake makers develop their skills and ideas as well as confidence. If you are planning to decorate cakes as a business, the courses include a basic business overview. The course includes basic techniques to create and style cakes using PME products and equipment. This module will include the following: * Basic Techniques * Coating Crimping & Embossing * Fabric Effects, Textured Drapes, Frills, Ribbons * Bows and Sugar Embroidery * Modelling Fun Figures * Textures, Inlay & Applique * Stacked cake, Design & Handling * Designing Celebration Cakes & Colour Balance * Basic Business Guidelines * Copyright & License PME SUGARPASTE MODULE CRANHAM Classes will be held for 5 weeks (5 hours x 5 days = 25 hours of tuition) on the following Thursdays: Thursday 19th September, Thursday 26th September, Thursday 3rd October, Thursday 10th October and Thursday 17th October Time: 9.30am - 3.00pm each week. Students must attend 25 hours of class time to complete each module Complimentary drinks will be available at all of the classes. Students are expected to produce work at home in preparation for the following week. On successfully completing this course you will receive a PME Professional Diploma in Sugarpaste, an internationally recognised award. Each Module is a completely separate course. It is not essential to complete all three modules. The Masters Certificate will only be awarded as and when all three modules have been completed successfully. Students may wish to bring lunch (30 minute break each week). Course books and Certificate is also included in the starter pack. Total cost of £649.97 Package 2: PME Sugar paste Module Course Fee, Books & Certificate ONLY, will cost £249 All PME equipment & materials to be supplied by student (a list of PME products for the whole duration of the course will be issued on enrolment). Boutique Cake Studio will offer a 10% off PME products required for the course purchased at our shop (for the duration of the course only, see terms and conditions on enrolment). Please note course fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. How to enrol... We are only offering small classes of 3 at Cranham and 6 at Ongar to ensure all students receive the support and attention they require. We have had a huge response via our shop and Facebook and already have a waiting list for more information.
