SPECIAL OPERATIONS BUREAU UPDATE Highland PD stopped a subject in a vehicle and discovered property belonging to a victim of a residential burglary that lived in Redlands. RPD detectives responded and ended up finding property from recent residential burglaries that occurred on Puesta Del Sol and Margarita Streets. They also found property from two vehicle burglaries that had occurred in the Albertsons complex. The subject was arrested for possession of stolen property. RPD detectives received information that prostitution activity was occurring at a massage parlor in the 1700 block of East Lugonia. Detectives confirmed the activity was taking place and arrested a 52 year old female for prostituion and possession of a controlled substance. Code enforcement also cited the business for five code violations. Seven cats and thirteen dogs were adopted at the animal shelter this week.
