SPECIAL PRAYER - Dear Heavenly Father, thank You for breathing life into our bodies one more day. Thank You for Your grace, mercy and love. Thank You for our families and friends. Thank You for those special people that You sent to us in our time of need. Lord some of us have so much going on that we don’t know where to start. We ask that You lead, guide and direct us and help us prioritize and be productive. Dear God please keep a special covering over our children and grandchildren. Bless the elderly. Lord prick the hearts of the families that have relatives in the nursing homes; let them be consistent with their visits and show their love for that family member that feels abandon or lonely. Bless those behind bars today. Keep them safe from internal chaos. Lord motivate them to make a difference and not dwell on the mistake that got them locked up. Lord forgive us all for our sins. Convict those that are purposely sinning and causing harm to others. Renew our minds daily and cleanse our hearts. Help us to NOT judge one another, not to look down at people, stop talking about folks and to love the way that the Bible says we should. Help us to stop being envious of others and to celebrate with them. Your Word tells us to rejoice with those who rejoice; mourn with those who mourn. Help us to stop being so self-centered and immediate family focused. We are all brothers and sisters in Christ; help us to act like it. Love never fails and we need a little help realizing that. A special blessing over those that have lost a loved ones, those that are struggling, those that are chemically dependent, those that are lost. God bless America. There are so many things that we have no control over; but You do! We love You Lord and we want to make You proud. Help us to help ourselves. In the mighty name of Jesus we pray, Amen!
