IT’S SPRING!- fire roasted locally foraged fiddle heads, sweet red pepper, onion, garlic, olive oil, Locatelli Seco cheese, lemon ENTREES SCALLOPS, CURED BEEF, PASTA- seared, caramelized onion, garlic, cream, marsala, greens, side diced tomato FIRE BAKED LOBSTER MAC N’CHEESE- in casserole w/fresh housemade semolina and local egg pasta, 2 cheeses, diced local tomato, roasted wilted spinach SIMPLY DELISH PASTA- Local Lobster sautéed in brown butter w/ scallion, House tagletelli pasta, shaved Locatelli Seco cheese, lemon side THE LATEST- Have it vegan or seafood!
