Assorted crackers and or cut up mixed veggies...... Combine green onions and parsley in a food processor; pulse to chop. Add spinach and continue to process until spinach has been finely chopped. Remove from processor and set aside. Without rinsing the processor, add remaining ingredients except crackers and veggie strips
