SPOILER ALERT! Christmas Special Recap: The episode begins with Brandon and Callie finishing their kiss. Callie tells Brandon she loves him, Brandon runs off saying he needs to think about this. Brandon wanders and sits on a street corner where he thinks back to Christmas. In the flashback the family decorates the tree and Brandon and Callie decide to go Christmas shopping. While shopping Callie admires a $100 bracelet as Jude watchs on. Brandon sees a kitchen table and reminds Callie it was what she wanted for her apartment. Brandon makes a remark about the floor of the apartment being comfortable which leads to an awkward moment. They split up to look for gifts. Back at home Stef and Lena discuss how Lenas parents arent coming home for Christmas and are spending it with her brother instead. Stef finds old papers of her dads and realizes he left a lot of money to her mother instead of her. Mariana gives Jesus a list of Christmas gifts for her, He asks her for help decorating for the house contest. She agrees when he offers her cash instead of a gift for Christmas. In the kitchen Lena complains to Stef about her parents favoring her brother. Jude overhears Lena say that half siblings arent the same as full siblings. Lena goes to talk to Jude about what he heard and he shows her the bracelet he bought for her on his $40 budget. Lena talks about her brother and Jude remarks he wants to do something special for Callie since shes not adopted yet. Lena says he doesnt need to hes special enough. Jude goes back to the store to return the bracelet, the cashier lets him buy it for $40. Callie invites Daphne to have Christmas dinner with them. At the dinner Lena gives Stef diamond earrings, Stef says they are too expensive. Stef and her mother argue about gifts and Franks estate, Lena becomes upset and leaves the table. Stefs mother shows her she put the money into college funds for the kids, everyone reconciles and the eat burnt lasagna. Afterwards Callie and Brandon meet Daphne who kidnapped her daughter from the park. Daphne returns her daughter to the foster parents. Jesus sleeps in a tent outside to make sure nobody messes up his decorations, Mariana joins him and talks about a Christmas when they were on their own. She thanks him for making her feel better after their birth mom left them to shot up. She tells him it was the best Christmas present he could ever give her. The next morning everyone opens presents. Callie finds Brandon on the front porch. He doesnt feel like Christmas, Callie offers him a gift. He opens a Piano tie and pretends to like it, She gives him his real gift. Its an accessory for his piano, He loves it. They promise to never let each other give up on their dreams. The flashback ends and Callie joins Brandon on the sidewalk.
