SPRING 2015 SCHEDULE The only mandatory meetings are the two Sunday meetings per month. We meet, unless indicated otherwise, at 7PM in the Global Citizens’ Lounge, Lambda. Other events are optional and may require RSVP to reserve your spot. For up to date information, be sure to like and follow the CUI Global Village Facebook page. January 11: Town Hall Meeting, Noks will provide information on community life together, the Mallinsons will distribute small gifts to new residents. January 25: Global Learning: Special Guest speaker; savory food provided. February 8: Community Connections: hosted by Noks. Be prepared for fun. February 26: Smores for Your Soul. Optional campus ministry event. 6pm March 15: Community Connections: hosted by Noks. Be prepared for fun. March 22: San Diego Day Trip. California Breakfast Burritos at San Clemente Pier. Three hour snorkeling (optional and only if warm enough) or shopping, depending on your preference, at La Jolla Cove. The Mallinsons may have wet suits and definitely have snorkels to use, even if we share. Dinner at world famous Gas lamp District in San Diego. Sign up required to assure a seat in the vans. Meet at 8AM in lounge. March 29: Global Learning: Dr. Mallinson presents on Near Eastern Christianity and Palm Sunday; savory food provided. April 1: Get Your Game On: Optional campus ministry event. 6pm April 12: Epic Easter Egg Hunt. This year’s eggs will have even more valuable prizes than last year. Snacks provided. April 26: Community Connection. This is the night before finals. Snacks provided. Saying goodbye.
