SPRING is in the air!!! The new lambs are bleating on the hill,the 1st blossom is on the fruit trees! Time to prepare your garden beds,dig in your manure crops and like us sow your seeds. If like us you have your Kings Seeds catalogue you will already be enthused. If your garden is large prepare it bit by bit.Planting and sowing as you go provides incentive to continue :) Plant Peas and Lettuce,Coriander and Rocket,Perpetual spinach and Silverbeet and Asian greens while you wait for frostfree weather. Let the chooks out to do a little weeding for you-they clean up the bugs hiding under the soil as well. Betty and Flo are well trained now and clean up under the trees for me,comming back when called! Thank you Linda for such obliging hens :)
