SPUD Summer Mobile Apps Development & Creative Writing Programs St. Paul University Dumaguete is offering a summer camp programs in Mobile Apps Development popularly known as Android Programming under the Information Technology Program and Creative Writing under the Teacher Education Program aside from the different Performing Arts, Sports Development and Leadership Enhancement Short-Term Courses. Mobile Apps Development is designed for anyone like the working individuals and students who wants to learn professional skills for developing Android Apps. Android Apps are developed with Java – the world’s most widely used programming language. This course is specifically designed for individuals who are interested in learning the mobile apps or android programming with basic java programming experience. A total of 40 hours at a very affordable program fee intended to all the working professionals and students. Meanwhile, a Creating Writing Summer Workshop is a non-degree summer program offered to non-professional aspiring writers, wherein at the end of the short-term program, all the participants will be able to explore the process of writing, sharpen up the creative skills & deepen the passion of writing, expose into writing both fiction and non-fiction, expose to a wide variety of texts, engage in writing activities based on the choice of genre, prepare an individual portfolio containing all the composition and develop its own texts interpretation. The workshop is slated on May 3, 10 & 24, 2014 with a very reasonable program fee, and interested individuals are requested to submit a writer’s workshop competition and portfolio.
