SQUATS. Iv been asked to do a squats video numerous times. So here it is. TRIPLE DROP SET SQUATS. Let me tell you off the bat. This hurts. When done with correct form, enough weight, one set will have you feeling like you have done your whole leg workout. I did 2 heavy warm up sets before this triple drop set, after this tho, I was very close to a trip to the bathroom....or bucket. POINTS OF EMPHASIS. GET DEEP.Please dont be a half squater. No one reaps any benefits from them. People will use every excuse in the book why they do them, the only valid one I will listen to, is from a body builder who is being very muscle specific. Drop that iish low. Work every muscle in your lower body. Quads, hamstrings, glutes. Altogether I did 40 reps. My legs were on fire. Give it a try and let me know what you think.
