Unfortunately, we only sell lots as of the moment..as for our model houses, we provide the blueprint for free if you want to copy it. But, you can always have your own design as well. -What is the minimum cut of your lots? Our minimum cut is 216 sqm, our average cut is 240 sqm -How much is the price per square meter? For our phase 2, our pre-selling price per square meter is 7000 pesos -What are the requirements needed upon reservation? 2 valid ids and other applicable supporting documents such as marriage certificate etc.. -How much is the reservation fee? Our reservation fee is 25,000 pesos, which is deductible from your total contract price. -What are the basic house restrictions? Height must no exceed 13 meters, property value must have a minimum of 1 million and setbacks for all corners of your lot. -Do you accept bank financing? Yes -Do you accept post dated checks? Yes -How many years to pay do you offer? We offer upto 4 years to pay with 0% interest. -Is the reservation fee refundable? No, as stated in the Reservation Agreement, the reservation fee is non - refundable. -Can i start the construction of my house right away after purchasing? No, you need to pay atleast 70% of your total contract price in order to start the construction. -Are the titles ready? Yes, for our phase 1, for phase 2 it will be release on 2014 -Can i avail a discount if i pay in cash? Yes, we give 15% discount from the total contract price if you pay within 30 days after reservation and 10% discount if you pay on the 31th day upto 60th day after the reservation date..
